Last week, our year 6 children took part in their bikeability training. All 60 children spent time learning the basics of how to ride a bike before tackling their level 1 award. All children took on the challenge with such confidence and those who were unable to ride at the start of the week made such amazing progress!
Some children progressed to level 2 at the end of the week – which meant that they were riding on the streets of Allerton. Our children learnt all about road safety, signalling to manoeuvre and how to start and stop safely.
We are incredibly proud of you year 6!
