This year some of the year 5 children have been carrying out listening sessions with pupils to listen to views and concerns pupils are worried about. A lot of children talked about their concerns about the traffic on Garforth street and how this is a problem during morning drop off and pick up. The Year 5 pupils planned a campaign on how they can deal with this problem. The children took their concerns to the CEO of Beckfoot trust and the operational manager where the CEO decided she will be visiting the school to monitor the traffic during morning drop off and pick up. She will also be speaking to the council regarding the matter.
