In our assembly about Bradford becoming the UK City of Culture we heard about DRAW!, the nationwide drawing project supported by David Hockney. Each month in 2025, a different artist is inviting us all to create a drawing inspired by a particular theme. In January, David Hockney invited us to draw something you find beautiful.
Some of our pupils brought their artwork into school to show us and it was wonderful to see such beautiful works of art.
Adam in 5V shared his work with Bradford 2025 and his picture was one of the pieces to be chosen to be displayed on the City of Culture website.
