Year 3 visit Nab Wood

Our children had a fantastic time on their school trip to Nab Wood. We explored the village of Saltaire, Sir Titus Salt and its historic background before taking part in a forest school, led by the ‘Get Out More’ team. The children absolutely loved the whole day and took part in high quality experiences learning such as: tight rope walking, fire lighting, outdoor adventure play, archery, den construction and natural scientific investigations using materials from the wood itself! 

We were so proud of our Year Three children and how they took so well to the outdoor environment!
